Gabriela Molano began photographing her native city Bogota in Colombia.
Cuba is an island filled with surrealist landscapes, suspended in time the island posses its own pace in which time unfolds in a unique rhythm. This photo captures a small palm tree growing in the middle of the road that runs around the perimeter of La Habana, next to the Malécon which separates the edge of the island with the ocean. Perhaps showing the resilience of its people, flourishing despite their dense situation.
